The British Land Share Incentive Plan

Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, trustees of the British Land Share Incentive Plan, an HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan available to all eligible employees, notified the Company of the purchase on 13 February 2015 of Dividend Shares at a price of 833.2149 pence per share and of the purchase of Partnership Shares on 16 February 2015 at a price of 833.4162 pence per share on behalf of the Company's Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities.
