Chairman of the Remuneration Committee

The Board of Helical Bar plc announces that Andrew Gulliford is to step down as Chairman and member of the Remuneration Committee and as member of the Audit and Nominations Committees with immediate effect. He will be replaced as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee by Michael O'Donnell, who has been on the Board and a member of the Committee since 2011.  Andrew Gulliford will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director and will continue to advise the Board on property matters.  The Board thanks him for his contribution during his period as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
