Intention to cancel listing of Derwent London Capital (Jersey) Limited £175,000,000 2.75 per cent. Convertible Bonds due 2016 (ISIN: XS0628102112) (the "Bonds")

In accordance with Listing Rule 5.2.8R, Derwent London plc (the "Company") announces that, further to the receipt of bondholder conversion notices in respect of all of the Bonds and the RNS announcement made by the Company on 30 January 2015, the Company intends to submit a request for the cancellation of the listing of the Bonds on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the admission of the Bonds to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The Company intends the cancellation of the listing of the Bonds to take effect on 10 March 2015.
