Notification of Share Transaction by Director

The Company announces that Alan Fletcher, a director and PDMR of the Company, has today sold a total of 65,000 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in The Paragon Group of Companies PLC.  Mr Fletcher sold 30,000 shares at £4.331 per share and 35,000 shares at £4.3332 per share.

Following the sale of these shares, Mr Fletcher holds 60,000 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the Company.
