Total Voting Rights

Hamilton, Bermuda - In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 the Company advises that as at 31 January 2015 its issued capital consisted of 331,874,127 Ordinary Shares of 6p each entitled to one vote per share and a total of 12,645,632 Ordinary Shares of 6p each are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Hiscox Ltd is 319,228,495. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hiscox Ltd under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
