Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Beazley plc confirms that, as at the close of business on 30 January 2015, its issued ordinary share capital consisted of 521,439,431shares of 5p each.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at  30 January 2015 was 521,439,431.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the rules.
