Total Voting Rights

The Group's total issued share capital consists of 41,829,577 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") with one voting right per share. The Group does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Group is 41,829,577.

This updated number follows the issue of new Ordinary Shares as a result of the exercise of employee share options, during the past month, under the Group's Block Admission for its 2011 Share Save scheme.

The above figure of 41,829,577 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
