Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 28 January 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 55,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 704.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 696.00 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 447,281,121 ordinary shares in issue.
