Change of Adviser and Arrangements for General Meeting

Surgical Innovations Group plc, the AIM quoted designer and manufacturer of creative solutions for Minimally Invasive Surgery ('MIS'), announces the appointment of WH Ireland Limited as Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect.

On 18 November 2014, the Company announced that it anticipated seeking shareholder approval at a general meeting in early 2015 of the requisite authorities to allot new ordinary shares upon the future receipt of any notice of conversion of the loan notes issued on 17 November 2014 (the "Loan Notes").

If the requisite authorities to allow conversion of the Loan Notes are not granted by shareholders in general meeting by 30 June 2015, interest shall begin to accrue on the principal then outstanding at the rate of 20% per annum.

In order to avoid the costs of calling and holding a general meeting, the Directors have decided that the requisite authorities will be sought at the annual general meeting, which is expected to be held prior to 30 June 2015.
