Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company has been notified by Mr Bob Carlton-Porter, a non-executive Director, of a clarification in relation to his beneficial and non-beneficial shareholding in the Company. Mr Carlton-Porter's interest had been reported on the Company's website and in the Annual Report as 76,628 ordinary shares of 20 pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Mr Carlton-Porter has confirmed he is actually interested in 20,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents less than 0.03 per cent. of the current issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
