The Company was informed that today Elaine O'Donnell, Non-Executive Director of Games Workshop, acquired 1,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 502.25 pence per share.
The aggregate holding of Ms O'Donnell, has therefore increased to 1,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.005 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
