Director/PDMR Shareholding and Exercise of Options

Judges Scientific plc has been informed that David Barnbrook, a Director and the Chief Operating Officer of the Company, has today sold 700 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1605p per Ordinary Share. His resulting interest in the Company is 21,791 Ordinary Shares representing 0.36 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital.  In addition, he holds options over 28,325 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.

On 21 January 2015, the Company issued 1,500 new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme.  Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 29 January 2015.

Following the allotment of these shares, the enlarged issued share capital will be 5,997,711 Ordinary Shares.
