Trading Statement

CLS Holdings plc announces that it expects its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2014 to be materially ahead of current market forecasts. This is primarily due to a significant increase in the values of the Group's London property portfolio.

The Company expects to announce its results for the year ended 31 December 2014 on Wednesday 4 March 2015.
