Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 22 January 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 75,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 709.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 700.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 447,561,121 ordinary shares in issue.
