The Company announces that The Peter Lawrence and Family Charitable Trust (No. 1159531) has, effective from 13 January 2015, been gifted, at nil consideration, 121,140 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Peter Lawrence and family.

After this transfer, Peter Lawrence and his family's current beneficial interests in the Company is now 11,252,036 Ordinary Shares or 17.9% of the current issued share capital.
