Reduction of Capital

Indivior PLC (LON: INDV) (the "Company") announces that the High Court of Justice has made an Order confirming the reduction of the Company's share capital (the "Capital Reduction") which was referred to in the prospectus published by the Company on 17 November 2014.

Following registration of the Order of the Court with Companies House, the Capital Reduction became effective on 21 January 2015.

The nominal value of each ordinary share in the Company has accordingly reduced from $2.00 to $0.10.
