ADMISSION TO THE OFFICIAL LIST AND TO TRADING ON THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

Indivior PLC (LON: INDV) (the "Company") announces that two ordinary shares of $2.00 each (being the original subscriber shares) will tomorrow be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.  Following this, the total number of the Company's ordinary shares which are admitted to trading will be 718,577,618.
