Board Change

International Personal Finance plc today announces that it has received notice of resignation of Edyta Kurek from the Board with immediate effect.  This follows a change in her role and new responsibilities in her executive capacity at Herbalife.

Edyta Kurek has been a non-executive director of the Company since February 2010. The Board extends its thanks to her for her valued contribution during her term.  The Company intends to start a search for a successor and will update the market in due course.

Commenting on the changes, Christopher Rodrigues, Chairman said: "We are all sorry to see the departure of Edyta.  She has brought us great insights into running large sales force businesses and her knowledge and experience in many of our markets has been invaluable.   We wish her well in her new role and are only sad that the demands and geographic range of her responsibilities mean she has had to step down from our Board".
