Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 12 January 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 98,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 711.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 701.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 448,253,789 ordinary shares in issue.
