SHARE PURCHASES

Inchcape plc (the "Company") announces today that, in connection with the 12 month share buyback programme of up to £100 million which it announced on 31 July 2014, the Company has given irrevocable instructions to Deutsche Bank to purchase shares with a value of up to £50 million on the Company's behalf during the period from 5 January 2015 until 31 July 2015 (the "Period"). The purchase of shares in the Period pursuant to the irrevocable instructions will be executed at all times only in accordance with the Company's authority to make market purchases of its shares.
