Inchcape plc (the "Company") announces that on 5 January 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 76,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 719.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 708.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 448,665,789 ordinary shares in issue.
