The Company makes the following statement in accordance with section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006:

Andrew Given

Further to the announcement on 12 December 2014 that, following seven years' contribution to the success of the Company as a Non-executive Director, Andrew Given will be stepping down from the Board on 31 December 2014, the Company confirms that other than fees payable for the period up to 31 December 2014, no remuneration or payment has been or will be made in connection with his ceasing to be a Director of the Company.
