Pressure Technologies plc (the "Group") is pleased to announce that the Report and Accounts for the year ended 27 September 2014 are now available on the Company's website and will be posted to shareholders in early January 2015.

The Group's Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 12 February 2014 at 12noon at Chesterfield Special Cylinders, Meadowhall Road, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, S9 1BT.  Documentation of the resolutions can also be found on the company's website.
