Speedy Hire Plc (the "Company")

Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities

("PDMRs")

The Company announces the following transactions by PDMRs in the Company's ordinary 5p shares ("Shares"):

Pursuant to invitations issued on 24 November 2014 to all eligible UK and Irish employees of the Company, options over an aggregate of 2,484,670 Shares were granted on 18 December 2014 under the Company's UK and Irish SAYE Schemes (together, the "Schemes"). The Schemes are all-employee schemes which give the opportunity to employees to acquire Shares at a discount of 20% of the market value of the Shares at the time the invitation is issued.

Of the total number, options were granted to PDMRs, as follows:

In consideration of these options, the grantees will make monthly savings during the associated three year savings contract. The exercise price is 55.6 pence per Share.

These options will normally be exercisable during a 6 month period commencing 1 February 2018.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
