Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 18 December  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 112,762 ordinary shares at an average price of 698.6641 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 448,741,789 ordinary shares in issue.
