The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc (the "Company") announces that on 18 December 2014 200,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of 94.75p per share.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares held in Treasury by the Company is 9,309,214.  

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in circulation following this sale is 75,318,966 and the total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue is 84,628,180. Each share has one voting right.
