Announcement Re China Cleantech Partners, L.P.

Origo is pleased to announce that China Cleantech Partners, L.P. ("CCP" or the "Fund"), a private equity fund in which Origo holds a majority limited partnership interest, has completed the divestment of its sole asset - being an interest in the associated RMB denominated sub-fund (the "Disposal").

The proceeds of the Disposal will be distributed to the Fund's limited partners, after which the Fund will be wound up (the "Transactions").

The net proceeds of the Transactions receivable by Origo are estimated to be US$7.0 million, of which US$5.4 million is expected to be distributed prior to 31 December 2014. The balance of the estimated net proceeds of the Transactions will be received during the course of calendar year 2015, subject to the fulfilment of certain completion conditions. Origo had previously received US$4.5 million from the Fund in connection with the CCP restructuring.
