Computacenter plc (the "Company") today announces that John Ormerod, currently a non-executive Director of the Company and Chairman of the Audit Committee, will step down from both roles with effect from 1 April 2015.

The Company is pleased to also announce that Minnow Powell will join the Board as a non-executive Director with effect from 1 January 2015.  During a 35 year career with Deloitte LLP, Minnow became a Senior Audit Partner responsible for looking after many of its major audit clients. He was a non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of TUI Travel plc until 11 December 2014, when he joined the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of TUI AG. He is also a non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of SuperGroup plc. Minnow will become Chairman of the Audit Committee at Computacenter with effect from 1 April 2015.

The Chairman of Computacenter, Greg Lock, commented:

This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11. In accordance with LR 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules, Computacenter confirms that there is no additional information to be disclosed in terms of LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) inclusive in respect of Minnow Powell.
