Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 17 December  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 114,800 ordinary shares at an average price of 688.5875 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 448,854,551 ordinary shares in issue.
