TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 12 December 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 175,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 442.2409 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 451.30 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 439.70 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 7,806,250 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 231,898,846.
