Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 15 December  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 114,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 701.9859 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 449,084,351 ordinary shares in issue.
