Block Listing

Application has been made by the Company to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of up to 29,311,621 ordinary shares of no par value which may be allotted and issued in due course in relation to the conversion of convertible bonds placed in November 2014. The shares when issued will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.

The admission of the above shares is expected to be effective on 16 December 2015.
