Change of Auditor

Versarien Plc (AIM:VRS), the advanced engineering materials group, announces that following a competitive tender process it has appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as its auditors with immediate effect.

BDO LLP has resigned as the Company's auditors and confirms that there are no issues relating to their resignation which should be brought to the attention of shareholders or creditors.  The Board wish to thank BDO LLP for its services and support.
