Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 11 December  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 94,200 ordinary shares at an average price of 714.1475 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 449,312,351 ordinary shares in issue.
