On the dates listed below  in column 1 of the table, certain directors of the Company and/or persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") notified the Company of the following transfers of ordinary shares of the Company (the "Shares") to their respective connected persons, as follows:

The transfers took place on the dates listed above in column 2 of the table.  No consideration was paid for the transfers.  The Shares transferred remain subject to the original lock-up provisions agreed to in connection with the Company's IPO on 17th March 2014, details of which are summarised in the Company's prospectus dated 28th February 2014.

Following the transfers, each of the Director's and/or PDMR's total interests in Shares in the Company (including interests in options and of their respective connected persons) remains unchanged as detailed above in column 7 of the table.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R.
