Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 5 December  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 93,700 ordinary shares at an average price of 725.3603 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 449,689,851 ordinary shares in issue.
