Inclusion in the FTSE250 Index

CLS Holdings plc is pleased to announce that the FTSE Group ("FTSE") have approved the inclusion of the Company as a constituent of the FTSE250 Index.

This change will be implemented at the close of business on Friday, 19 December 2014 and take effect from the start of trading on Monday, 22 December 2014.
