Resolution of .secure gTLD string contention

NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC, "NCC Group" or "the Group"), the international, independent provider of Escrow, Assurance and Domain Services, has resolved its contention for the application of the new generic top level domain ("gTLD"), .secure, on acceptable terms to both parties. The Group will be withdrawing its application for the .secure gTLD.

NCC Group is now fully focused on the creation of a secure online gated community using the gTLD .trust which has recently successfully passed pre-delegation testing with ICANN.

This transaction has been notified for the purposes of DTR 2.2.
