FILTRONIC PLC - TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARE CAPITAL

Following the completion of a placing of 9,716,000 shares earlier today, Filtronic plc confirms that its issued share capital consists of 106,876,986 ordinary shares of 10p each, each with voting rights attached (one per ordinary share). No ordinary shares are held in treasury. 

The figure of 106,876,986 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Filtronic plc under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
