Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 3 December  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 93,200, ordinary shares at an average price of 727.1889 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 449,876,751 ordinary shares in issue.
