Directors' Shareholdings

As disclosed in the Company's Admission Document published on 10 November 2014, it was the Company's intention to award 400 free shares to each employee who had been employed by the Group since 1 January 2014 and who has remained in employment as on 2 December 2014 as a reward for contributing to the admission of the Company to trading on AIM. On 4 November 2014, 35,600 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each were allotted to the SIP Trust for the purposes of awarding such free shares following Admission.

The Company today announces that 400 free shares have been granted to each eligible employee of the Group, including each of the Executive Directors, pursuant to the SIP.

Following the grant of free shares, and as set out in the Admission Document, the shareholdings of Peter Brodnicki, David Preece, and Paul Robinson, and their respective connected parties, are as follows:
