Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 27 November  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 68,600 ordinary shares at an average price of 711.3497 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 450,226,451 ordinary shares in issue.
