Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 26 November  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 68,800 ordinary shares at an average price of 708.5499 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 450,295,051 ordinary shares in issue.
