DIRECTOR DECLARATION

The following information is disclosed further to the announcement of the appointment of Hugo Tudor as a non-executive director of The Paragon Group of Companies PLC with effect from 24 November 2014, in compliance with the UKLA rules governing the appointment of directors.

There are no matters under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules to be disclosed.

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2R, at the time of Mr Tudor's appointment he holds a beneficial interest of 385,000 Ordinary Shares of £1.00 each in The Paragon Group of Companies PLC together with a £1,000,000 investment in the Company's 6% Sterling Denominated Notes due 2020.
