The Directors have declared a third interim dividend of 4.5p per share.  This dividend is in lieu of any final dividend that would normally be declared on the publication of the Company's results for the year to 31 December 2014.  This third interim dividend is in addition to dividends of 8.0p per share paid on 7 March 2014 and 4.5p paid on 19 September 2014 and bring total dividends paid and declared for the year to 31 December 2014 to 17.0p per share.

The level of future dividends will depend upon further profitable realisations which can vary from year to year.  As a result, the level of dividends paid and declared in the year to 31 December 2014 should be regarded as exceptional. 

The third interim dividend will be paid on 19 December 2014 to shareholders on the register as of 5 December 2014.  The last date for elections for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 8 December 2014.
