Tracsis plc, a leading provider of software and technology led products and services for the transportation industry, announces that it has today appointed Investec Bank plc ("Investec") as its Nominated Adviser and Broker.

The Directors would like to thank WH Ireland for their help and support over the past three years during which Tracsis has enjoyed a period of sustained growth and success.  The Directors look forward to working with Investec as the Group embarks on its next phase of growth.
