This was as a result of a Section 54 notice of orders that wasissued after deviations were identified by the MHSI in respect of certainoperating procedures and administrative processes pertaining to the Fairviewlamp room, self-rescuers and gas monitors.Management, together with the mine's Safety and Health Committee ("SHC"), havesince corrected the deviations, and action plans were presented to the MHSI.
