London Security plc ("the Company")

Interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2014

The Board of Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that they have today declared an interim dividend of 31 pence per ordinary share of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  There are currently 12,261,477 Ordinary Shares in issue and therefore the total dividend payable is £3,801,057.87.

The above dividend will be paid on 19 December 2014 to shareholders on the register on 28 November 2014 and the Ordinary Shares will become ex-dividend on 27 November 2014
