In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 and DTR 5.1.2, Wilmington Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 20 November 2014, Charles Brady, an Executive Director, bought 1,300,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at an average price of 210.0 pence per share. The transaction took place in London. His resultant holding is 4,493,819 ordinary shares of 5p each, which represents 5.2% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
