("LTG" or "the Company")

Director's dealing

LTG announces that following the dissolution of a family trust controlled by Harry Hill, a Director of the Company, and the requirements of the beneficiaries of the former trust to realise proceeds though a sale of shares, Mr. Hill has bought back shares from those beneficiaries.

The beneficiaries of the former family trust have sold 505,000 shares, of which Mr. Hill has bought back 325,000, and his wife Mandy Hill has purchased the balance, being 180,000 shares. Each of these trades was carried out at a price of 18 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Hill's total interest in the Company (including that of his spouse) remains 1,830,000 shares, representing approximately 0.52 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
